Internal Talent Success Manager

This role involves collaborating with our HR team to ensure the best possible experience for all DNAMIC employees when joining our company.

 

Part of your activities will also include providing support and assistance for growth, improvement, and motivation of our talent by joining efforts with managers and leads to create and refine career paths and define the best strategies for training in soft skills.

 

The Internal Talent Success Manager is also responsible for planning activities oriented to ensure happiness, including coordination of workshops in various areas of wellbeing.

    • Experience the possibilities of working with international teams in a frontend chapter for knowledge sharing and growth.

    • You will have the chance to administer various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel.

    • Work with HR Manager to create, drive, maintain and manage all strategic projects within the Human Resources department.

    • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems .

    • Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing .

    • Assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of departments in relation to established goals.

    • Continuously look for ways to improve company benefits and collaborate with the marketing department to plan internal communications.

    • Assist in the process of creating or refining career paths for various departments from an HR standpoint of view with a focus on soft skills.

    • Contribute to our company blog by sharing experiences and knowledge on healthy lifestyle and work-balance habits.

Qualifications

We would love to hear from candidates with the following qualifications

    • Contribute to our company blog by sharing experiences and knowledge on healthy lifestyle and work-balance habits.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is a must.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field required.

    • Full command of Microsoft Office Suite is a must, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets) or the ability to quickly learn is highly desirable.

    • The ability to learn new tools is highly appreciated.

    • Team player with excellent written and communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently and adapt to change quickly.

    • Effectively problem-solve and deliver high-quality results.

    • Experience with CRM systems; specifically, HubSpot is a big plus.
