We believe that all women have to raise their voice, know their worth, stand their ground against injustice, but also find the balance and don’t lose themselves from the pressure to be all.

 

The gender gap and gender discrimination are a reality and have been crucial in how the business society was created; there’s no point in ignoring it or excusing it. Now,  the only way to move is forward and becoming part of the fight for an equal world. 

 

At DNAMIC, we stand against injustice and believe in creating a more female-influenced future. 

 

 As a woman in a competitive business, the discrimination, mansplaining, and being underestimated for only my gender can become obstacles in a career. It can disrupt the path of a professional and affect their personal life. Work should be a safe, encouraging space where you can be the best you can be. 

 

At DNAMIC, gender is not a limitation nor an advantage, equality matters, and that’s why we have surpassed the 50/50 gender policy. We believe in professionals for who they are and what they bring to the table.

Karol García, one of the leaders at DNAMIC, an authority in web development, and now our Growth Director, revealed what being a woman means in our company, what she has tried to reinforce internally, and how she envisions the company is perceived. 

 

Her path in a male-dominated industry as an engineer has been nothing but challenging. She has lived what most women live in this patriarchal society: disrespect, discrimination, underestimation, and being boxed in archaic labels as soft and incapable. But she has broken through the stereotypes and is now an inspiration inside and out of DNAMIC.

 

“We have to be ourselves, whatever that brings: softness, emotion, embrace everything to fuel our path. The only one that will limit us is our perception of ourselves. We have to be the version we want, and the rest of the people will recognize that”

 

Inside DNAMIC, the acknowledgment is given to those who work hard, innovate and build the best. We believe in the best future, and that, for sure, includes empowered women in charge.
