With a fantastic platform and the potential to reinvent the industry, Reibus’s challenge was maximizing their sales, purchases, financing final product, logistics, and all of these to have quick access and high quality.
The initial goal was to find the perfect balance between experience and skill. We did this by identifying what kind of people would be best suited for each role, then ensuring they had all necessary qualifications before onboarding processes, counting four requested resources in less than a month.
We created a database with new technologies that provide all tools needed for success and easy access for developers to add relevant information. It was made for future hires to find it easy and quick.
