The Challenge
The outdated legacy technology slowed the platform’s growth and was prohibitively expensive to maintain. This combination of factors made scaling the solution almost impossible, missing out on growth essentials.

 

Main Goals
Within a three-phase project, we focused on retaining clients by providing support on defects and performance issues, redesigning all user experiences, and creating a new software architecture managed by a nearshore team that keeps costs low.

 

Our Approach
We conducted a thorough study of the present condition to ensure success, which allowed us to identify what needed improvement and understand how to enhance existing functionalities.
