Alltruck had a market-ready audience that matched the needs they pointed out in their initial plan. However, to find the solutions and become an authority in the industry, they required a collaborative economic tool supported with an engaging user experience.
Main goals
We wanted to provide valuable insights, benchmarking, user journey maps, tested prototypes, designing efficient systems, and a completely new branding process to take their ideas and make them a reality.

We got together to define the MVP and design the UX/UI, all with a fixed-price model and an ideal Identity Prism process.
