Alltruck is a startup founded by a team of entrepreneurs who saw a solution to an underserved niche in the transportation industry and made it a highly lucrative business. They created a transportation logistic and solution-based company with innovation and efficiency in mind.
Alltruck had a market-ready audience that matched the needs they pointed out in their initial plan. However, to find the solutions and become an authority in the industry, they required a collaborative economic tool supported with an engaging user experience.
We wanted to provide valuable insights, benchmarking, user journey maps, tested prototypes, designing efficient systems, and a completely new branding process to take their ideas and make them a reality.
We got together to define the MVP and design the UX/UI, all with a fix-price model and an ideal Identity Prism process.
Two months of design work to create the brand and prototype, plus six months of software development, allowed us to achieve GPS, real-time data tracking, fully custom CMS built in React, and four weeks of post-Go-Live warranty. Our overall process supported Alltruck to become a profitable business with an excellent reputation on stores and social media. It now has operations in 3 different countries in Latin America and the start of operations in Florida, U.S.
